Travel quotes and adventure travel quotes inspire me, so I wanted to create an ultimate list of the best travel quotes of all time. Of course, no list of this sort is ever complete so I intend to, over time, keep adding.

For the most part, the list is sorted randomly and there are a few quotes here that are perhaps more about travelers than traveling. I tried to do a good mix from over the millennia,  some funny and some profound.
